Beacon Manager is a developer utility that allows users to upload a remotely hosted list of iBeacon regions and conveniently view and interact with the listed iBeacons within range.

Beacon manager can:
-Notify the user upon beacon region entry or exit
-Display proximity and RSSI for iBeacons in range
-Selectively monitor particular iBeacon regions
-Modify iBeacon notification properties
